Signing of a cooperation agreement between the Bioenergy Corporation, the International Labour Organization and the National Bank of Kuwait The agreement was witnessed by Major General Qassim Hussein, Governor of Minya, and it consisted of 60 units for the production of biogas and organic fertilizer, to be completed within 4 months of the signing of the memorandum of understanding by the Bioenergy Corporation
